Capitalising on the recent launch of a new brand in July 2010 and the launch of a new 5-year global strategy (2011 – 2015), our partner is taking up a position as the global banner carrier for youth-led development – demonstrating at the grassroots and policy levels that young people can and must play a lead role in development.

The International Budgeting & Planning Manager position has arisen from a restructuring of their International Finance unit. This is an International post, and would involve frequent communications with and support for the other Finance team members in Africa and Asia.

Essential

• Part or qualified accountant
• 3-5 years management experience preferably with NGO field experience
• Excellent excel skills
• Be numerate and detail conscious
• Excellent IT, written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Team Player

Preferable

• NGO experience an advantage
• Pastel / Sage experience preferable
• Multi-currency experience an advantage
• Management accounting background an advantage
