Kamboo Project, Siem Reap, Cambodia

Previously known as United Asia Charity (UAC) the Kamboo Project is passionately supporting the rural Cambodian population in order to improve their living conditions by focusing in four core areas: drinking water and sanitation, sustainable construction, education and agriculture. The organisations programmes include community development in different villages, education programmes and microfinance support. Since 2014 they have helped around 45 families to have access to clean water, provided education for c700 students, purchased equipment and school kits for another 50 students of extremely poor families. They do this by using funds and donations received from Switzerland, to support the development of the Cambodian people in the areas identified as essential.
